Blaby District Staying Healthy Partnership aims to provide a co-ordinated, innovative and evidence-based approach to health improvement in Blaby District.
Our Vision
For a healthier Blaby District where residents feel confident and supported to choose a healthy lifestyle and stay healthy. The Blaby District Staying Healthy Partnership supports and links with the Staying Healthy Board, Public Health, Healthwatch and the East Leicestershire & Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group (ELRCCG). From these groups Blaby District Staying Healthy Partnership identified three main key priorities for Blaby District.
There is representation from: Blaby District Council; Leicestershire County Council; East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust; Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Public Health; Public Health England; Healthwatch, Adult Learning, Library service, First Contact, Extended Services – Countesthorpe Cluster of Schools, Age UK, Homestart, Alzheimer's Society, Agewise, Dementia Action Alliance and Open.
